Can the pool be heated?


Yes, the pool in Villa Spark can be heated for an additional fee. However, Villa Tocana does not currently offer pool heating.

How does the check-in work?

We provide a personalized check-in experience for all our guests. Our Guest Experience Manager (GEM) will personally welcome you to the villa and provide you with a comprehensive introduction to the property, including using any amenities and appliances. This ensures that you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

Do you offer airport transportation?
